Taking a hiatus from blogging.

Happy New Year!

We have a new year coming up so it's time to carefully review what we did right and wrong this year and do our best to learn from those mistakes and work on our strengths to make next year a better year.

Starting today I'm taking a hiatus from blogging for a  while. I want to thank everyone for following my blog these past few years. I had hoped to make the big leap this year to "trading for a living" but came up a bit short (waaay short). When I started this blog I thought I was 3-6 months away from finally being consistently profitable, and maybe another 3 months from making enough that I could say I was trading for a living. That was 4 years ago. I guess I was a little overly optimistic.

For the time being, I'll continue updating the futures account chart (top right of the page) at the end of each week. So if you're curious how I'm doing, that chart will tell you if I'm making any progress. In the mean time I may chime in from time to time to give you an update. Once I have something constructive to share,  I think that'll  be a better time to show you what I'm doing and what helped me  to finally turn the corner.

I want to wish everyone a
Happy-Healthy & Prosperous New Year!

Hi Michael,

Gd luck, you dont need to share yr performance results on the blog if you are uncomfortable with it.

I think that the most important trait with trading is being resilient. Afterall, trading is a difficult skill to master.

Believe in yourself and continue to strive on! All the best=)

Jo
